We live in truly extraordinary and challenging times, our collective human journey is undoubtedly approaching a turning point. Many of us can feel how decisive this phase in our collective evolutionary journey will be. Still, we have yet to find ways to overcome the state of overwhelm and paralysis we are in today and build the capacity to respond to the potential of this time in a creative, meaningful, and coherent way. We can feel our social, economical, and political structures cracking under the heavy weight of a world that seems too complex to be handled by old answers and strategies. Seemingly simple questions about political choices, vaccines, health, sexual preferences create heavily polarized conflicts and tear families, friendships and communities apart. Extrapolating our old behaviors to the future, we see the total collapse of our civilization as the only possible outcome.
The answers to the big questions of this time, collectively and individually, won’t be found by applying values and perspectives of the past to a system that is orders of magnitude more complex than the systems our culture has evolved in. The challenges ahead rather call for a response coming from a higher order of integration and inclusion, they call for the next turning of the wheel of our collective value systems, socio-economic structures, relationships, and consciousness.
But how do you answer this call as an individual in a world that seems more and more disorganized, chaotic, and polarized by deep conflicts and uncertainty? How can you take responsibility in your own life to make an impact on the collective evolutionary journey of this whole planetary ecology that you are an integral part of? How can you start creating a life that is defined by self-responsibility, authentic relationships, passionate love, purposeful action, and deeply fulfilling self-expression?
To see beyond old patterns, convictions, and projections, we have to take a step into the unknown, meet our deepest fears, and master the 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. This is the journey of consciously engaging with the internal (liberation) and external (leadership) evolutionary integration processes through love and relationship.
As a first step, this demands to overcome the limitations of our body’s absolute priority of survival, to transcend the instinctual realm of the animal kingdom, while including its wisdom, and to truly embrace the human experience and the power that lies within our capacity to make choices. Through deep embodiment and the use of somatic resources, we create the foundation for truly stepping into our human potential while honoring our animal ancestry. Because embodiment isn't about creating absence of mind, it is about creating the conditions in which the mind can truly flourish, liberated from fear and stories of control, becoming an instrument of creativity and choice. It is about meeting death, instead of running away from it.
Liberated from the urge to escape our collective and cultural trauma, we can dive into the depths of our own unconscious shadows, journey through the underworld of our psyche to resurface with parts of ourselves we have abandoned long ago, parts that are missing pieces of our authenticity and creativity, and cornerstones of our inner evolution. All this is possible by creating a profound experience of safety within our own body, a direct experience so convincing that our instincts agree to hand over the control to our higher self, to our soul's purpose. We can overcome the suffering from fear, separation, and judgment, express the truth of our hearts through vulnerable, authentic relationships and intimacy, and show up in the world as powerful leaders in service of our collective evolution.
This embodied self-development retreat supports you in kickstarting this evolutionary journey and taking full ownership of your life. To help you overcome the polarization in mainstream media and culture, to truly understand and alchemize the conflicts we are surrounded by, and transcend the contradictions that hold you back, by finding synthesis through integration. It is a journey of embodiment, safety, interpersonal neurobiology, trauma awareness, shadow work, conscious relating, desire, intimacy, community, sense-making, dialectics, culture, integral transformation, leadership, co-creation, mindfulness, and purpose work.

This retreat will be a vulnerable group experience for everyone who wants to consciously embark on the evolutionary journey to wholeness. Located in the renowned retreat center "Kientalerhof" in the Swiss Alps, we will spend a whole week together with embodiment, somatic resources, theory lectures, group circle work, nature, and mindfulness practices.
