Conversations with curious humans are some of the best things we can imagine.

Some of them thankfully were recorded and we'd like to share them with you!

Description

I had the honor and privilege to be interviewed by the magnificent Ruby May for her substack on the themes of neurodiversity, self-care, ADHD and trauma. I highly recommend following her substack on feminine perspectives, how to stay sane in polarising times, collective blindspots, and challenging our ideas about power.

From Neurodiversity to Biodiversity

Benjamin and I continued the conversation where we left of last time and dived into exploring the meta-perspective on neurodiversity from an angle of deep ecology and biodiversity.

Benjamin: How can neurodiversity (and ADHD in particular) allow us to cultivate and become attuned to the potential for creativity, courage, connection, and compassion—the ecological 4Cs?
In this episode of the Coconut Thinking podcast, I speak with Lennart Hennig. This is part II of our conversation a few weeks ago. Lennart is a founder, teacher, and facilitator. This is a conversation where ADHD is an entry point into understanding our individual and collective selves in different ways. We discuss:
🥥 How neurodiversity contributes to the whole society like biodiversity contributes to the whole ecology;
🥥 How our civilization is showing the signs that are typically associated with ADHD, through its inability to grapple with and respond to ecological issues;
🥥 How cultivating effort is a way to embrace life, to affirm it in all its possibilities.

Description

I had the pleasure to be interviewed by Amit Paul from World of Wisdom, a podcast I really enjoy listening to myself. Follow us on a colorful tour from the cycles of life, regenerative practices and looking at neurodiversity as an  adaptive ecological response from an intelligent ecosystem.

Amit: "We talk about regeneration of the land. The cycle of life as growth, sustenance and decay and how our current moment is so enamoured with the growth part, to the detriment to everything around us. We speak of attention and how it is such an important variable, and how the current epidemic of mental health crisis could be more than just a crisis, perhaps there are adaptive aspects to it given the society we live in? We speak about the energy of helping and fixing and we speak about diversity."

Description

I had the honor to be on Benjamin's Coconut Thinking podcast to talk about regeneration, collective evolution and our relationship to death. Enjoy!

Benjamin: "What would it take for us to embrace decay as means to creating new life? In this episode of the Coconut Thinking podcast, I speak with Lennart Hennig. Lennart is a founder, teacher, and facilitator. He explores the edges of individual and collective development through the angles of consciousness, embodiment, safety, trauma, metaphysics, philosophy, and deep ecology, using an integral framework of the whole, undivided cosmos. This is a conversation about regeneration, about appreciating that there can be no white without black, no life without death, no change without composting.

Death as a Portal to Global Regeneration

Description

Reshaping our relationship with death is the single most important task of our time. It is the gateway to a regenerative paradigm in which we are in direct relationship with all life. This lecture by Lennart Hennig was recorded at a tantra festival in Austin, TX in December 2022.
