Jon is initiator of Singularity, the world's first trans-national political party dedicated to the one humanity, the one earth, and the one life. He is also founder of Leadership One, which trains leaders in next level self-development, relational competence and impactful service. And he is founder of AVATARA, which is a field training dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening.

Between 2016-2018 Jon worked as European Director of the Global Purpose Movement, and in 2014, he co-founded Synergy Forum, an initiative focussed on the integration of spiritual awakening, social innovation and systems transformation. Between 2012-2015 he worked as part of the leadership team of Zero Point Six in Interlaken, Switzerland, exploring how a deeper understanding of spiritual awakening can inform efforts toward global transformation.

Jon’s path has allowed him to experience a wide spectrum of the human experience, from dropping out of school at age 13 to attend a centre for troubled youths, to 5 years of homelessness and heroin addiction in his early 20’s, getting clean alone in a room over 6 months, re-entering education, going on to turn down a PhD at one of the world’s foremost universities, dedicating himself fully to self-development, healing his traumas and service, to co-leading international projects dedicated to humanity’s collective awakening, new approaches to leadership, power and purpose, embodiment, soul work and healing.

Jon lives in Berlin, Germany with his family and home community.
